We have always invested in the latest image acquisition and production equipment, from the days of 16 & 35mm cinema cameras, through Betacam, DigiBeta and DVCam, to todays 4k+ technologies, in order to provide our clients with the best available future-proofing. We also take the same approach to post production - we were one of the first independent adopters of the digital NLE (non-linear editing) platform back in the mid 1990s. We are currently running seven Mac systems, including a 12-core Apple Mac Pro for our 4k workflow.
We like to spend as much time as possible with with companies who want to use our services, the better to be able to transform often quite intangible initial ideas to workable frameworks, before any production can take place. These frameworks rarely remain rigid and we are happy to adopt new ideas or directions at any point from pre-production through to delivery (assuming no large increase to costs, of course!).
